Jakarta Provincial Government takes consignment step for 26 land lots for MRT project. All document have been submitted to the court.
This step is taken to smooth the project construction
Acting Jakarta Governor, Sumarsono said of 136 land lots only 26 lots submitted to court.
“Other lots have been bought fully, the remaining 26 lots will be handled by court,” he said, Thursday (1/5).
City Prepares MRT’s TOD RegulationHe added that MRT construction can not be postponed. The project is targeted to operate in 2019.
“This step is taken to smooth the project construction,” he added.
Later on, the court will determine the price to be paid. Jakarta Provincial Government has given the budget to the court.
“The decision is up to the court,” he closed.
